「迷惑」ってのは悪臭だけでなく、煙に含まれるヒ素やダイオキシン、アセトアルデヒド、クマリン、ホルムアルデヒド等の致死性化学物質(うち60種類が発癌性)の一部がタール(ヤニ)として灰皿内に付着するから臭うわけで、危険極まりない。
もっと言えば、喫煙後の息には、８時間は猛毒の一酸化炭素が含まれているわけで、消してすぐ乗車する行為は、乗務員に対する殺人に近い。
未だにタバコをマナーの問題と勘違いしてるバカがいるけれど、携帯灰皿で他人の安全が守れるわけないことぐらい、肝に命じておけ!!何が「基本」だ!!
そこまで言ったら車自体も酒も、宅配で注文等すべて金払って有毒物質振りまかせる事になると思うのだが。
喫煙者の権利を主張するつもりは無いが、喫煙者は携帯灰皿を持つのが基本だろと書いた所につっこまれるとは思わんかった。
ともかく、サービス業のタクシー運転手が禁煙タクシーだろうが何だろうがこういう口の利き方でいいのかという話であって、喫煙がいいか悪いかのお話では無いし、喫煙がいい等という主張もしていません。

LPG車ならまだしもガソリン車の禁煙タクシーがタクシー乗り場で一日中エアコンかけたまま止まってたりして、これは殺人どころか大気汚染＆大量殺戮ですよ！
